人才队伍建设是提升(shēng )托育服务(wù )质(zhì )量(liàng )的保障(zhàng )。面对当前托育专业人(rén )才短缺(quē )这一瓶颈,长沙师范学院学前(qián )教(jiāo )育(yù )学院(yuàn )院长(zhǎng )张晓辉(huī )建议,从教师专(zhuān )业标(biāo )准(zhǔn )体系建设出发,将托育(yù )机构师(shī )资纳入(rù )其中,提高托育服务专业(yè )化(huà )水(shuǐ )平(píng );从学历提升和(hé )专(zhuān )业成长考(kǎo )虑(lǜ ),拓宽(kuān )专业(yè )人(rén )员发(fā )展路径,增(zēng )强托(tuō )育(yù )机(jī )构从(cóng )业人(rén )员对(duì )职业的归(guī )属(shǔ )感、荣誉感。
