人才(cái )队伍(wǔ )建设(shè )是提升(shēng )托(tuō )育服务质(zhì )量的(de )保(bǎo )障。面(miàn )对当前托育(yù )专(zhuān )业人(rén )才短缺这一瓶颈,长沙(shā )师(shī )范学院(yuàn )学前(qián )教育学院(yuàn )院长(zhǎng )张晓辉建议,从教(jiāo )师专业标准体系(xì )建(jiàn )设(shè )出发(fā ),将托育机(jī )构师(shī )资纳入(rù )其中,提高托育服务专(zhuān )业化(huà )水平;从学历(lì )提升和专业成长考(kǎo )虑,拓宽(kuān )专(zhuān )业人员(yuán )发(fā )展路(lù )径(jìng ),增强托育机构(gòu )从业人员对职业的归属(shǔ )感、荣(róng )誉感。
