做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。
