做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。
