做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块(kuài )姜(jiāng ),热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的(de )清(qīng )水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。
