人才队伍建设是提升(shēng )托育服务质量的(de )保(bǎo )障。面(miàn )对(duì )当前(qián )托(tuō )育(yù )专(zhuān )业(yè )人(rén )才短(duǎn )缺(quē )这一瓶颈,长沙师范学院(yuàn )学(xué )前教育(yù )学院(yuàn )院长张晓辉建议(yì ),从(cóng )教师专业标(biāo )准体系建设出(chū )发,将托育机构(gòu )师(shī )资(zī )纳入(rù )其(qí )中,提(tí )高托育服务(wù )专(zhuān )业化水平;从(cóng )学历提升和专业成(chéng )长考(kǎo )虑,拓(tuò )宽专业人员(yuán )发展(zhǎn )路径(jìng ),增强托育机构从业人员对职(zhí )业的归(guī )属(shǔ )感、荣誉感。
