人才(cái )队(duì )伍建(jiàn )设(shè )是提(tí )升(shēng )托育(yù )服务质量的保障。面对当前托育专(zhuān )业(yè )人才(cái )短缺这一瓶颈,长(zhǎng )沙师范(fàn )学院学前(qián )教育学院(yuàn )院长张(zhāng )晓辉(huī )建议,从教师(shī )专(zhuān )业(yè )标准(zhǔn )体系建设出(chū )发,将托育机构师资纳(nà )入其中(zhōng ),提高托育服务(wù )专(zhuān )业(yè )化(huà )水(shuǐ )平;从学历提升和(hé )专业(yè )成长考(kǎo )虑,拓宽(kuān )专业人(rén )员发展(zhǎn )路径,增强(qiáng )托育(yù )机构从(cóng )业人员对职(zhí )业的归属(shǔ )感、荣誉感。
